Project Delivery
With the Precision of
An Elite Athlete.
Most projects don’t fail due to lack of expertise-they fail in execution. I bring over 12 years of delivering complex, data driven, high-stakes projects, combined with scientific rigour. I also bring the discipline and precision of elite athletic competition. I don’t just manage projects—I elevate team performance and can help your organisation deliver high quality projects strategically.

THE CHALLENGE
Scope creep that no one wants to address.
The project keeps expanding because no one is holding the line. Every stakeholder has a new request and the team keeps saying yes, until the deadline becomes impossible.
Unrealistic deadlines adding team pressure.
Different stakeholders have different views on timelines-everything is seen as urgent. The team is becoming increasingly stressed and struggling with prioritisation. Quality could be at risk.
Accountability gaps that slow everything down.
It's unclear who owns what. Tasks fall between teams. Follow-up is constant and exhausting. The project manager spends more time chasing than delivering.
A project in crisis with no clear recovery plan.
A project team is being pulled in different directions on a high-profile project. Meetings are not generating clear outcomes and so achievements aren’t acknowledged; the team feels demoralised.
1
Clarity before kick-off
Every project starts with absolute clarity on scope, objectives and outcomes, success criteria and stakeholder expectations. No ambiguity. No assumptions. Just a shared starting point that everyone can be held to.
2
Execution with standards
The right methodology for the right project — whether agile, waterfall or hybrid. Applied with the discipline of someone who knows what it costs to let standards slip under pressure.
3
Accountability at every level
Clear ownership, regular check-ins and the kind of honest stakeholder communication that keeps problems visible early, before they become crises.
4
Recovery when things go wrong
Projects derail. When they do, the priority is fast diagnosis, agile response, honest assessment and a clear strategic recovery plan moving forward. No blame, no panic, no endless meetings
THE SOLUTION
Project Delivery the Way
Champions Execute.
Elite athletes train with precise systems, clear targets and non-negotiable standards, so that when the moment comes, execution is automatic. The same principles apply to complex project delivery.
My approach combines rigorous project management methodology (PRINCE2 Agile Project Management Practitioner-certified, 12+ years) with the mental frameworks of elite sport: outcome-driven goals, discipline coupled with agility, and the ability to develop high-performing teams so that delivery is kept on track is high quality
Whether you need a consultant to lead a complex project, recover one that's off-track, or help your team build stronger delivery capabilities, the methodology is the same: execute like a champion.
